Make a Reservation
Ishizuka is open five days for dinner, Thursday to Monday.
We offer two dining times: 5.30pm – 7.30pm, and 8.00pm – 10.00pm.
We serve one set kaiseki menu, it is priced at $315pp. A $50 per person deposit is required at the time of booking.
Cancellation Policy
We request a minimum of 48 hours notice for any cancellation, reduction of diners, or date changes to avoid a cancellation fee equal to the price of our menu per person.
Dietary Requirements
Our menu is predominately seafood-based and contains soy, gluten, dairy, shellfish, and nuts.
Please provide at least 48 hours notice for dietary requirements at either reservation@ishizuka.com.au or by providing information at the time of booking.
Dress Code
We request an elegant casual dress code.
We ask that guests refrain from applying strong cologne or perfumes.
Please be aware of conversation volume when dining with us.
Children
We welcome guests of 12 years old and above but we do not offer changes to our menu size.

For bookings of 6 or more, please call us on +61 3 8594 0895 Thursday-Monday between 3:00pm to 10:00pm or e-mail us at reservation@ishizuka.com.au. A 10% service fee will be charged for groups larger than six guests.
